Create an inspirational integrated campaign with the Turkish Women's Volleyball Team at its core that increases female participation in sport. The main goal of this campaign is to inspire girls and encourage the participation women's participation in sports, leadership and in all aspects of life. Another goal is to raise awareness of gender equality and help end gender discrimination by helping girls feel fulfilled and achieve their sporting and personal goals.

Our idea is to turn Turkish Woman's Volleyball Team into Coaches to inspire young girls, both in sports and in their private lives.

We did this because through the research phase, leveraging the insights gathered, we realized that in order to have a tangible impact we need to motivate the younger generation, making them feel involved, protagonists both in sports and in their private lives.

We believe that the most effective approach to achieve this goal is to leverage today's idols, universally admired figures such as the Sultans of the Net, who have become true role models.

To sum up, the most ambitious goal of our campaign is to be an inspiration to all other sports idols around the world, so that young people can reconnect with sports through their example.
