Background

Create a campaign increases women’s participation in sport. Encourage this participation beyond sports to leadership and life and raise awareness about gender equality.

Campaign idea

According to a Women in Sport study, 7 in 10 young girls said they avoided sport when menstruating.

Come on you reds is a targeted campaign to tackle period shame in sport head on - because when periods are a part of life and sport has so many lifelong benefits it’s time a powerful message directly told our audience that the red in their knickers shouldn’t leave them giving sport the red card for good.
