The women’s successes, including achievements in sports, wouldn't be possible without the history of women’s movements. Young girls nowadays face different challenges, but we still need empowerment. Sport is the perfect opportunity for fostering empowerment.

Regular physical activity develops independence, perseverance, confidence, teamwork – core values for growth and leadership. Unfortunately, some girls still feel excluded from sport activity for various reasons. We want to recognize and counteract that reasons. Hence, we're initiating the Girls Movement – safe space for girls to start and continue the adventure with sport. It’s easy to join: just move. By moving, you become part of our movement. Once movements for women, today women for the movement.
