gender equality: the national volleyball team supports gender equality, emphasising that women should have the same opportunities as men. In Türkiye and other locations in the region such as Iran, Armenia or Azerbijan, women don’t have equal rights and opportunities. While laws in Türkiye have provided fundamental rights since the 1930s, there are still issues in practice.

success and role modelling: the team are seen as role models for young girls and children in Türkiye, showing that women can achieve success and providing inspiration for young women to pursue their goals.

Women achievements are not recognised or celebrated as much as those of the men. With most of the iconic images and figures in sports being men, young girls may feel less encouraged to participate or continue in sports.

#HerVisibilityMatters as a powerful movement for women's visibility and equality with the Sultans of the Net as ambassadors symbolizing strength, determination, success, we are creating a space for young women to be part of a community of visible women without stigma, in a safe environment. Supporting them ultimately not only in sports, it encourages them to share their stories; themselves. In addition to mobilising young girls to actively participate and stay in sports, women warriors are also gaining the courage to take risks and follow their dreams.

The idea was designed to earn attention, as a SoMe hashtag making it easily searchable and linkable. Colorfull and fun tonality that shares positive vibe all around.
