Background

The Turkish women’s national volleyball team won EuroVolley Women 2023.

However, even after showing their resilience, determination, and teamwork, they still face gender bias and social stereotypes, among other things.

Something that leads younger generations of women to question their participation in sports.

So, we must create an inspirational integrated campaign to inspire this young generation of girls to not give up on sports, and the other things in their lives. Because the effort will always be worth it and noticed.

Campaign idea

The best way to maintain the spirit of the teams is to ensure that it is renewed year after year. Even more in this context. Therefore, we need to empower the younger generations of women by showing them that they are the true sponsors of the spirit of our team. And for all that the spotlight they deserve is our sponsors' place.

So, to show them this, we will replace the official logo sponsorship of our national team with the logos of the schools where they can train. Showing them that they already have space on the big court and they are worth it.

We will get our sponsors to give up their space everywhere - shirts, socks, shorts, scoreboards, buses - and replace it with the logos of the schools where the new generation trains.

This way we will be talking directly to our target, creating an emotional campaign for them, and getting their attention, and the attention of the whole world.
