Craft an empowering campaign for the Turkish women's volleyball team, 'Sultans of the Net,' focused on boosting women's sports participation and advocating for broader equality.

The objectives include portraying the team as symbols of strength and determination, breaking stereotypes about women's capabilities, and addressing barriers like motivation and trends hindering youth from joining sports clubs.

Position the team as role models for European girls, showcasing that women excel not only in sports but also in life, inspiring aspiring young women to pursue their goals. Utilize the team's global recognition to highlight their impressive achievements in international competitions, emphasizing consistent success.

The campaign's secondary goal is to raise awareness about gender equality and combat discrimination. The overarching strategy goes beyond celebrating sports success; it aims to leverage the team's influence for broader societal changes, fostering a more inclusive and equal world.

Campaign idea

In the lead-up to Olympia 2024 in Paris, we note a growing trend of fashion consciousness among girls and teens. Acknowledging algorithm limitations, our approach involves an integrated campaign around the Turkish women's volleyball team, 'Sultans of the Net.' We communicate our team's message by iconically placing "The Sultans of the Net" in an unusual context, billboarding Paris with posters in the style of a fashion brand.

With NOOFFENCE, we play on a stereotypical opener, leaving room for interpretation. Our insight lies in the fusion of fashion and sport to inspire a sense of belonging.

Understanding this synergy, created a unique design language which is also showcased through youthful shirts and socks inspired by volleyball hand signals. Role models are models too, and to reach our target audience, we recognize the importance of affordable, unobtrusive and training-friendly goodies. We amplify our message through partnerships with Sultans of the Net and Fashion Influencers, featuring entertaining volleyball mini-series.

In social media, our focus targets influencers with a young audience, offering a platform for information, networking, and sports introduction. Recognizing the need for affordable, gender-neutral goodies, we've developed shirts and socks with hand signals, reinforcing our inclusive message.
