The Turkish women's national volleyball team, managed by the Turkish Volleyball Federation, won the Women's European Volleyball Championship in 2023. Know as "The Sultans of the Net", they represent various values for women in Türkiye, such as: women's empowerment, gender equality, global recognition etc. We were asked to create an inspirational integrated campaign with the Turkish women's volleyball team that increases young girls participation and be interested in sport.

The idea is based in a sad fact, that is the gender disparities in financial support between men's and women's in sports. Most of the teen girls drop out of sports because multiple reasons, and one of them is the lack of financial opportunities that is given to them. So, we created a support program

that offers female young athletes the flights to all sports competitions outside their country. In this way, we are helping them not only to be able to participate in that competitions, but also to give the female sports the investment needed to became as relevant as possible.

On the ground, these girls already have many barriers in sports to overcome. We will not let them have another one on the sky.
