When we consider the systemic inequalities, gender biases, sports pressure, and sexist or absent media coverage, it's easy to see the heavy mental load they place on young girls. These many facts add up to women's participation in sports being significantly lower than men's in every EU country.

The Turkey Female Volleyball will lead a movement for female empowerment by shining a light on their own insecurities, showing to young girls that even the strongest most achievable athletes also have the same problems as them and can work around it.
