Description

Police officers storm a warehouse while a dramatic soundtrack plays. When bagpipes kick in, a female officer turns and shushes someone off screen. We see it’s the police band playing the soundtrack live. They stop and the officer talks to camera about needing new recruits to join the New Zealand Police.

From here, an informative yet entertaining pursuit on foot occurs. And the hero officer/spokesperson changes continuously throughout the entire video, displaying numerous female and male officers of all cultures and ethnic backgrounds.

This is because our recruitment message is a call for a diverse range of New Zealanders, from Maori to Asian and Pacific New Zealanders, and more, to consider joining the NZ Police.

With over 70 actual officers, this film also features local cult heroes/social media stars, sports stars, stunts, helicopters, dogs becoming cats and more. All to deliver an important message about our need for new recruits.
