OVERVIEW

Description

The greatest part of the developed area in Brazil is located in the area of the Atlantic Rainforest. Today there is only 12% left of its original size. Therefore, we imagined a world where nature and the city coexist in the same space and through virtual reality we place the viewer inside this world to provoke some kind of reflexion: the world hasn’t ended, it’s still possible to find balance and preserve that which is our home.

Execution

All of the fauna and flora species shown in the film are true to the native ones in the Atlantic Rainforest, however, the objective of this execution was not realism. To create this immersive experience that resembles a dream, we produced a VR videoclip in 3D, within a short time frame of 2 months, where birds, monkeys, orchids and colossal ‘araucárias’ invade a gray and oppressive megalopolis, made up of piles of distorted buildings, almost organic.

Outcome

. Total reach paid digital media: Over 43 million

. Views: over 6 million (263% over the expected)

- Value earned in pro bono media – 15.113.285

. Almost 3 million engagements (comments/shares/likes)
