The campaign launched in October 2006, leading in to the Christmas period in Optus retail stores. From October till December 2006, store staff reported a dramatic increase in enquiries about 3G mobiles. Sales of 3G mobiles also rose by 70%, with 11.3% of purchasers buying content packages that had been featured in the commercials.
