An actress, at a crossroads of her career, decides to take time off her celebrity lifestyle to tick off a list she made in her youth of “30 things to do before 30”, one of which is to visit the place where her favourite cheese is made, the village of Cheddar.

During this short trip, she encounters several people, particularly one dashing young Englishman, and the whole experience, especially her interaction with them, serves to remind her of what’s important to her.
