Telefónica also sells music. The service is called ADSL Piped Music Solution, and we had to motivate the sales team to boost results. So we had the idea of getting them singing.We created a competition with the faintly satirical title "Operación Ruiseñor" (Operation Nightingale). Then, through posters in each office, we organised a casting session for the sales team. Finally we sent the videos of the auditions by e-mail so that everyone could see their colleagues sing.
