Started only in mid February 2006. The 5-Stars Creative Goal is already taking its effect. Staffs are inspired. Disciplinary thinking and working can be seen and people are hungrier than before to do great work. Overall creative output has improved on a day-to-day basis.
As it's a long-term commitment, its result is really immeasurable. Watch out for Euro RSCG Greater China. Watch this space.
