OVERVIEW

Description

Objective:The site was created to give users an easy, free way to show support for The Global Fund. We also wanted to show the global nature of the effort to spread hope in the fight against AIDS and raise awareness for the cause.

Concept:A Google Maps mash-up seemed a natural way to meet our goals and create a unique experience. Each community member’s location is plotted on the map and connections are marked, showing how one person’s simple action of hope can spread across the globe.Target Audience:Activitsts and general population, skewing toward a younger demographic who is more likely to get involved in a viral campaign.
