Description

This idea highlights the fact that many HIV suffers often feel isolated and lonely at work due to the actions of their colleagues. We visualised this by showing employees treating an HIV positive colleague as if he isn’t really there by doing very private things in front of him.

Outcome

At first employees were confused: “But I’m not a visitor”. Their expressions would quickly change as the message hit home. As a result companies are taking steps to re-educate their employees. The National AIDS Trust is presently consulting with Human Resource Departments to arrange training schemes for their staff.
