Although there was no tangible way of measuring results to this piece alone, the overall results of the campaign were outstanding. The first week sell through results (over 40%) were more than three times the industry standard for a "successful" product launch (10% to 12%). While not measurable, consumer reactions to the DM piece in particular were also outstanding. This piece quickly became a commodity for sneaker enthusiasts, and followers of MJ and the Jordan Brand.
