Description
The objective for the relaunch of Deutsche BA website was to create a simple convenient and fast interface enabling the user to book a flight online in three steps. Besides implementing the new CI and the new CD the objective of increasing the share of online bookings in relation to the total bookings (increase from 1% to over 30%) as well as an increase of the market share (Jan 02: 35,1% / Nov 02: 41,9%) were all met.
