OVERVIEW

Description

IKEA in Western Australia has an everyday low prices proposition, but once a year, it also has a one-off sale. Our challenge was to reconcile these two contradictory retail positions and drive customers to the store. Our solution was to address the problem head-on and explore the unforseen consequences of IKEA adding sale prices to already-low prices. The result was Mutant Bargains.
