"Call to the Wild" was created as a reveal film to introduce the first-ever Apple Watch Ultra at Apple's Fall Launch Event.

Structurally the film tracks the beats of an epic expedition while we hear the words from a help wanted ad supposedly placed by explorer Ernest Shackleton to recruit members for his Trans-Antarctic expedition.
