Description
We took the dealer/showroom to the target group! We mailed an invitation, together with a complete cup of coffee (headline invitation: You don't have to visit our showroom for a test drive in the new Audi A8 3.0 TDI. That's why we'd like to offer you a cup of coffee this way.) The target group could simply tell their secretary to reserve the best day for a test drive, so that it would not affect the rest of their schedule. And the car would be delivered to them, accompanied by a person qualified to explain the Audi A8's accessories, should this be requested.
Outcome
1,750 people in the target group were approached, and 125 of them (7.2%) applied for a test drive (objective was 100 = 5.7%).
