The car then introduced the passengers to 'The Toddler Driving Test' - a friendly and approachable first-of-it's kind diagnosis tool for autism in children from 12 months.

The 60 second audio quiz helps parents check for early signs of autism. It was played during daycare school pick up and drop off times.

The test instructs parents to give their child simple tasks (like waving hello or calling out the child's name) which check signs like eye contact, name recognition, cognitive engagement & social awareness.

If toddlers didn’t respond as expected, parents were directed to a website, gently educated about autism, and encouraged to book a diagnostic test.
