Background

Bakehouse is a local Kyiv bakery. It’s a very special place where every little bread crumb gets plenty of love and attention. The task was to make an honest and open-hearted identity.

Idea

When so much attention is paid to baking bread as much attention should be paid to the design. We came up with an idea to make branding with maximum emphasize on the tiniest details.

Execution

The letters in naming symbolize traditional authentic oven. It gives credit to Bakehouse handmade origin and craftsmanship.

We made branding minimalistic. Nothing distracts you from the most important part of the package – freshly-made mouthwatering pastry.

A little bird hides inside every box. It eats bread crumbs and adds a bit of surprise magic and genuineness.

Outcome

Sales went up by 47%. We got 42% more Instagram followers in first 3 month after rebranding. A small local bakery became a lovemark so now a second Bakehouse is almost ready to open.
