Description
A TVC interacting with the viewer‘s attention. We see a common couple in the foreground of our film – and a real guy in the background. The viewer‘s attention switches between the couple and the guy in the background from the beginning to the end of our movie. By doing so we didn‘t just stage a commercial message – We brought the campaign claim to life by demonstrating its truth: “It‘s the exceptional guys that get your attention. We‘re showing them”.
Execution
We needed to find an authentically boring couple. A couple, that was perceived as absolutely ordinary and conventionally boring – not boring in an amusing sort of way. Their acting and appearances had to arouse none of the viewer‘s interest. While the man in the background had to be athletic, he more importantly needed to grasp the viewer‘s attention by his actions, not his looks.
