Description
L’Oréal Paris is the only beauty brand that has extensive franchises across all beauty categories—hair care and styling, hair colour, skincare, and cosmetics. The goal was to reduce the volume of disparate brand sites and create one unified voice through a systematic yet flexible platform. The site also needed to give customers useful interactive tools, rich content, and personalized solutions. Building a strong CRM program was vital to the project’s success.
