Three executions featured black and white 1927 street scenes in which a modern colour Carlsberg sign was visible stating 'Carlsberg served here'. The line stated 'Probably the only lager in Indian restaurants since 1927' with a 75 year emblem. Tablemats, tent cards and A3 posters were supplied to restaurants via the wholesalers and press ads were featured in the Indian Restaurant trade press.

80% of restauranteurs receiving a delivery of Carlsberg from the wholesalers used the packs to promote Carlsberg in their restaurants. The tablemats were particularly popular because they not only encouraged customers to drink Carlsberg, but also served a practical funtion and were therefore kept fresh and clean.
