Description
Revitalise a beer company with new ownership from top to bottom with a new identity, new beer names and new packaging.
Execution
The new owner's love for WW II aircraft served as the inspiration for the naming convention as well as the new packaging. In fact, some of the design elements were pulled from old bomber nose art and crankcase gasket seals.
Outcome
The new packaging has lifted Big Boss Brewing into one of the top three North Carolina craft brewers and has surpassed national breweries in certain markets. Big Boss Brewing's growth since the packaging introduction was around 400% for the first year and 250% for the second year.
