New York, Sydney, Rome, Rio and Aruba: Dutch band Voicst is touring the world with Heineken Draughtkeg. But where are they performing? In March 2006, visitors of Heineken.nl were challenged to find the location of the gigs in Google Maps, which was fully integrated in the website. A special add-on was navigation based on a radio signal: the closer you got, the better the quality of the signal. Heineken DraughtKeg’s proposition is “Perfect draught beer wherever you want”. With Google Maps, that promise became real. For many Dutch, it was a overwhelming first time experiencing Google Maps unique qualities.
