Description

Create Roborep, the first virtual sales representative that combines the physical presence of a robotic device with the virtual presence of a sales rep. We wanted to really create a unique and innovative experience for physicians and surprise them with a visit that they are not expecting, so the doctor will pay full attention to what the sales rep wanted to say...so the message really came across this time...using technology.

Execution

Roborep was taken to private practices & some hospitals in Mexico to take over the typical sales rep visit. We did this initiative in Mexico City where most doctors that Biomedica targets live. It was done over a period of 2 months and we are currently evaluating the investment of more robots. Currently we have 2 of them.

Outcome

We really engage the physicians with this idea. All of them received Roborep in their offices and really listen to the message the rep had for them. So in time of visit we accomplished between 70-80% of their time, and really create an impact in the office with patients, nurses and other doctors. Roborep really changed the way the rep visit was done...so Roborep is opening the door to the future.
