Description
We created Black Friday Real Runners, a digital promotion that gave runners the opportunity to win gear they really prize, such as treadmills, stationary bikes and exercise equipment. To participate, they just had to share their running workout on Facebook.
Execution
Users were invited to share a screenshot of their workout using any running app to Gatorade Puerto Rico’s Facebook page. Lucky winners were then selected to receive exercise-related gear.
Outcome
The effort’s social media posts were among the ones with the best engagement for Gatorade Puerto Rico’s Facebook page. We joined the conversation on a day when people don’t usually have Gatorade in their top of mind.
