The number of independent garages that chose to use BMW Original Spare Parts increased from 13% to 23% (control group vs test group) 134% in relation to the assigned profitability objective Transmission to the independent garages of the benefits of the BMW Original Spare Parts (greater quality of the repair, greater trust in the piece, better image of the independent garage in relation to the client, BMW warranty …) Establishing a commercial relationship with many of them, changed the role of the BMW Official Service from a competitor to become an ally of the independent garage.
