Our message was simple: Books help you do great things, be it earning money or becoming famous.We created little books of stories about people who had done just that.The very act of kids picking these little books up and reading them drove home the message in a seamlessly effective way.The content was attractive and the message crisp enough to engage the young 'reader' all the way.
Outcome
We now have more youngsters coming to our bookshop than ever.
The 3 books that the stories were based upon saw an increase in sales too.We sold more copies of Lord of the Rings, the Jules Verne classics and The Communist Manifesto from November to January, than average.
