The campaign had to recruit new BNN talent. But not everybody is born to be a BNN’er. BNN’ers have a unique talent. Talent that ensures epic TV moments. For example Filemon, a BNN host that tried cocaine on national television.
To illustrate that BNN talent is something that cannot be taught, but that’s something people are born with, we went back to the childhood of the most famous presenters and relived their epic TV moments. For example: In one TVC you see young Filemon’s odd behaviour that resulted in taking cocaine on national TV.
Outcome
In a campaign period of just 2 weeks, we generated 54,219 banner clicks. This resulted in 6,230 new fans on Facebook, an increase of 21 percent. And best of all 10,259 people subscribed for the BNN Talentday. More than twice the amount of youngsters we aimed for.
