Description
The task was simple: re-design the new label series for the Bogotá Beer Company bottled beers based on the new corporate image we developed for them.
Execution
The answer was in the parking lot: that old truck had been delivering BBC beers all around the city for more than 6 years. So we took that icon to unify the labels. The differentiation came with the name of the beers (each one is the name of a Bogotá neighborhood), the colours and the little elements related to each name. The old street poster, a classic in the city look, inspired the typographic work.
Outcome
In the BBC pubs, sales simply doubled. Lots of people asked for a beer to drink and another one to take home as a souvenir, and the long time awaited incorporation into major supermarkets actually happened. Actually, THEY were now the ones willing to have BBC beers on their shelves.
