We compiled copycat recipes for Buffalo Wild Wings Sauces and sent them to our design team to create the infographic. After the infographic went live on Blendtec’s site, we used organic promotion and outreach on Pinterest and Reddit - where it was quickly upvoted and featured on the subreddit 'Lifehacks' - to start accumulating shares and driving traffic to Blendtec's site.
Outcome
The infographic has accumulated over 129k social shares from Facebook, Twitter, Stumbleupon, Google+, Reddit, and Pinterest. It is currently the number one most shared Buffalo Wild Wings piece on Pinterest with over 77,000 pins. Our strategy of focusing on topics people were heavily searching for, paid off. The infographic became so popular that it is now ranking for 284 keywords as well as ranking for the terms ‘Buffalo Wild Wings’ and ‘copycat recipes.’
We successfully reached a new demographic of clients and drove high organic and residual traffic to Blendtec's site.
