Proportion, transparency with texture, illuminance, 3D, motion, and a mega celebrity is a dangerous combo. A bit too small or too tall and that’s it, it ends up looking fake. We were totally committed to the proportions looking just right on this film. We spent many days testing with body doubles that had the same proportions as the celebrities, so that at the right time everything would come out perfect.

Our work around the hologram skin was also carefully thought through. We had an almost elastic mesh which represented the greater digital fabric. Everything to escape Blade Runner. The right illuminance to generate spatial lightness, the impact of the icons reverberating on the body, the enormous 3D city that didn't look like a caricature, and a Hollywood-level celebrity make this production the biggest challenge of our lives.
