The intention and purpose of this innovation is to expend the retail surface and touch-points of Bank Audi.
It is an innovation on top of the vending machine concept taking this latter to a different dimension through a smart, interactive layer.
The technology stack is controlled through pre-defined business rules.
Outcome
The "Cards to Go" vending machine is to be rolled out in key malls in the country and has now given another dimension to the pre-paid card retail strategy of the EBCS department at Bank Audi.
Since launch, a peak of 100 transactions or so per month was established.
