Description
Send the companies' decision makers an original and immediate message, both as a copy and as a visual, made of simple, direct and effective elements. The mail-package is made of an envelope (suggesting a new way of giving a present), a letter (explaining all the benefits of this promotion), a delivery order (allowing to buy by fax) and an appealing kit containing two tickets sample only (showing what they buy). All the orders sent by fax will be received in a central structure and tickets will be distributed through the Medusa cinemas all over Italy.
Outcome
Thanks to the "Regala Cinema" strategy sales have increased four times as much as in 2003. The "Regala Cinema" strategy also succeeded in selling carnet where they had never been sold. 90% of purchasers were made by fax reducing considerably the order management costs.
