Description
The spot is a real and heartfelt testimonial of a stick figure girl who talks about her frustrations about being a stick figure. And what's worse, she's Brazilian. She doesn't have big thighs, she doesn't have anything a Brazilian woman does, and what't worse, what makes her suffer the most is the fact she doesn't have an ass. At the end we conclude: save a stick figure girl. Learn how to draw at ABRA.
Execution
MASP’s building – the Museum of Art of Sao Paulo – has a remarkable architecture. It also has the largest atrium in South America – 74 meters. That’s when we thought: why not turn the atrium into a new art gallery, a virtual floor where through the use of an app, we would be able to have exhibits featuring the art pieces that were in MASP’s archives? That’s when MASP’s hidden floor was born.
Outcome
MASP's atrium became MASP's hidden floor.
Using cell phones and tablets people were able to have access to culture and art in a simple and democratic way.
MASP got a permanent space to display more than 7 thousand art pieces that were stored in its archives due to lack of space.
MASP gained new curatorship along with an inexpensive, modern and fast way to display its art.
