Free All-Access Passes were available on Clean & Clear products. They took the form of a CD-ROM containing: Skin care tips; exclusive WB character screensavers; and an exclusive music video. Only accessible via this CD-ROM was a microsite offering private access to behind the scenes information on four of the hottest new WB shows and a sweepstake where two best friends get a backstage visit to the set of the WB show of their choice.

Outcome

Product sales 27% above previous year for same time period; 54% increase in POS (point-of-sale) display orders during the critical Back-to-School sales period; Over 73,000 web sessions occurred on the CD-ROM, with an average of 15 minutes spent on the co-branded microsite.
