To demonstrate to students and the younger generation that a boring canteen dinner can become an unforgettable story, through the Facebook page of Happy Eating Stories (www.historiasfelizesparacomer.com) and the Coca-Cola Portugal Youtube channel.With the help of Chef José Avillez, (named one of 100 Contemporary Chefs by Top 10 Chefs of the World in the book COCO published by Phaidon), we changed the menu at the University of Guimarães and served a gourmet dinner. We substituted the usual menu for a menu consisting of speciality dishes, with a dedicated table service. And so we turned a canteen dinner into an unforgettable story.
Outcome
In addition to having served the 200 meals we prepared, this action was seen by about 100,000 people during the week of activation, and was shared throughout the world by the fans of Happy Eating Stories (www.historiasfelizesparacomer.com) on Facebook.
