Description
Data Insights: Waze has 11 million drivers in BR (25% of the overall car drivers). And CCR has a network of 3,000km.
Innovation: Both companies got together to share information on traffic and to come up with a innovative way to provide reports & real-time information to drivers on CCR road
Originality: It's the first time, roads are connected to a GPS app, allowing drivers to receive real-time information & connecting drivers to road support center/gas stations/road restaurants thru a media ad inside Waze
Execution
Creatives were developed based on the road experience and delivered according to the customer literal journey on a road.
Implementation: The creative was implemented on Waze based on Lat/Long information, allowing the geolocation target to be applied.
Placement: Used Waze Pins to deliver the point of interest information
Scale: Waze App was integrated to CCR operation center, allowing the exchange of information from the road, meaning that on top of the media, we were delivering road information, such as closures, accidents, speed limits.
Outcome
• Data enhanced consumer experience: 1st time roads were connected and providing such important service for drivers.
• Data driven behaviour change: less accidents, overall less traffic
• Business impact: +100 PR Stories, Drivers satisfied with overall experience
