Execution
• Research & Brief creation – First we interviewed key stakeholders – creative, new biz, recruiting, PR. Then we synthesized their needs into a brief, supported by site analytics and a competitive analysis.
• Design – During the design phase our UX and interactive design team worked hand in hand, not separately, to iterate day after day on design options and evolutions.
• Development – We used prototypes early and often to inform final executions.
• QA – The quality assurance phase not only ironed out bugs, but tested the site with real users, to tweak the experience to ensure we were innovating, and putting the most important information and functionality front and center.
Outcome
The site communicates our vibrant brand and mission through a loud and meticulous aesthetic. The work was placed front and center, allowed to live uniquely while still feeling cohesive to the look and feel of the site. Lastly, we proved our philosophy and culture through the Hoopla Countdown, a public buzz tracker that shoes the world how we’re doing for each of our clients, every day.
