‘Date night’ is a classic love story. Boy meets girl, together they go on a magical adventure. Unlike most love stories, our two main characters are made from fabrics within a family home. One is a cute spaceman on a wallpaper, the other is a ballerina on a lampshade. Together, they cross surfaces and textures of a family home, reaching a sofa where they watch a romantic movie on TalkTalk TV.

After researching a wide variety of animation, from classic Walt Disney to Pixar - we felt 2D animation was the best possible way to tell a charming a love story. The final result seamlessly intergrates 2D animation into live action, allowing us focus purely on the charming love story as it unfolds.
