Description
We created an activation campaign in order to contextualize the revolutionary (game changing) nature of this product. We used promotional elements to drive viewership of our content, engagement in the live event, viewership of the live event, and purchase intent.
Execution
Degree sought to raise awareness of their new game-changing Dry Spray technology and draw the connection between this product and Stephen Curry as a GAME CHANGER in the NBA. They achieved this by creating a multi-faceted viral campaign, titled Degree Battle of the GAME CHANGERS.
Once a digital short featuring Curry was released, John Wall and Curry had a "battle of words" on Twitter. Then, fans were asked to use the Twitter voting card to choose what basketball shots they wanted Wall and Curry to take, which culminated in their battle during NBA All Star Saturday.
