Problem was, boasting an online store these days is hardly newsworthy. Let alone a revamp. So we created a novel digital experience. One that got our target audience to directly participate in the revamp itself. Not only did we cease operations online for 24 hours, but for the first time, consumers were roped in to help demolish a corporation's old homepage, piece by piece.
