AIG, in partnership with the New Zealand All Blacks (whom they sponsor), raised their voice to let the whole world know that AIG was and always will be a friend and supporter of the LGBTQ community.

As a symbol of this movement, the ""Pride Jersey"" (a jersey top made from a material that is black when normal, but reveals the colors of the rainbow when stretched) and an anthem film were produced, to send a message of diversity and inclusion to the people of Japan and the world; to become one team in the fight against discrimination and prejudice.
