We started the conversation by focusing on the ultimate aspiration of every worker – a “dream job.”

“Lots of money, little work, a short commute – is that really a dream job?”

“Dreams have nothing to do with work.”

“In this world, is there really such a thing as a dream job?”

We established a company, “Dreams Unlimited,” because we believe that every person who visits the 104 website is looking for a job worth investing their passion and life in, a dream job that aligns with their ideals.

We challenged the stereotypes of a “dream job” by showcasing three real workers: It’s not about finding a dream job, but about finding a job where they are willing to invest their passion, find joy in it, and see the value of their work.

From this perspective, every job can be a dream job.

Taiwan is known as the “island of overwork,” ranking 6th in the world in terms of working hours, even more than Japan and South Korea.

The relationship between "work and value" has long been a subject that Taiwanese workers have questioned and pondered.
