Faced with an increasing demand for the convenience of the public's purchase options and formats, Burger King has been investing more and more in new commerce fronts that go beyond the counter, including the delivery service.
Spending on this type of service had grown 24% in 2021 compared to the previous year (1).
And, in the period of the pandemic, most QSR players were focusing their messages on their respective delivery services. Therefore, there was a saturation of offerings at the time. We needed to stand out amidst the noise.
