Description
We wanted to send to our customers an email telling them that with SODIMAC all of our products can go directly to their homes. However, there was a problem, the email providers block received images by default, turning all our hard work into HTML divisions, which curiously bear a striking resemblance to a home’s blueprint.So we decided to transform this obstacle into a creative opportunity. We designed a home in 3-D and furnished it with the products available at our store. We exported a top view, and our technology team turned our house into an HTML blueprint.
Execution
We designed a home in 3-D and furnished it with the products available at our store. We exported a top view, and sent it to our clients an html blueprint mailing. We divided the home into three floors, sent it to all our clients and the home of their dreams was built before their eyes. In addition, you could choose the item you liked the most and buy it immediately in our ecommerce store. That impacted more than 44 thousand people.
Outcome
We achieved an open rate of 23%, that impacted more than 44 thousand people. We tripled the CTR of an average email, resulting in 41% of our users interacting with our email efforts.
In this way, we reminded our clients that everything they need is only a click away, now that SODIMAC goes to your house.
